Shadowing is not tourism. Trainees and future O&M leads should: assist load-bank connections under supervision, take official oil samples, execute a full LOTO on a non-critical subsystem, respond to a staged SmartPower exception, and close a PM work order with notes that would survive audit. The EPC commissioning lead signs that those events occurred. Remote desks should already be receiving live data before COD so day-one operations are not the first time tags are mapped.
